An employer wanted a comprehensive open enrollment campaign that would inform employees of their HR policies and benefit options and guide them into the electronic enrollment process with a minimum of concern and confusion. Our two-year strategy was built on a multi-media approach that featured color-coded icons, a consistent flow of information and reassurance that the electronic process would be simple and convenient. The campaign was greeted with enthusiasm by both management and staff.

A Fortune 500 manufacturing company decided to move blue-collar employees into a new compensation system that required proficiency in English, math, teamwork and manual dexterity. Many employees greeted this change with anxiety and confusion, so we developed a multi-media campaign featuring individual workers who shared their opinions about the initiative. The two-year strategy was designed to reassure and guide them along the transition process and transform negative reactions into positive ones.
